This natty process Narajno was a blast to figure out. It has all the characteristics of what you would hope for in a Costa Rican coffee; Cooked berries, peanuts, subtle citrus and a creamy mouthfeel. As the cup cools the creaminess starts to yield from bright to a more drying peanut quality and mouthfeel. It’s a great coffee paired with a morning feast or a fun brunch at home.
