African coffees are our personal favorite coffees, no matter the region. Now Ethiopia being the birthplace of coffee, it’s hard not to love the coffees that come from most farms in the area. Consistently you can find coffees that will produce very fruit forward flavors of berry and lime, followed up with a sweet chocolate and floral qualities. Well this Guji is exactly that, a coffee for those who like a dynamic and evolving cup as it cools. Starting with blueberry on the nose, chocolate berries upfront with a softer berry and citrus as it cools and floral when the cup is cold if let sit to that point. This is a great coffee to enjoy when you have the time to just sit and experience the change in coffee over a book or a campfire!
